Photo Requirements:

• Email photographs in file sizes of 1-5mb, or use our upload feature for sending large files (up to 75MB)
• File formats accepted by email or our upload page are acceptable : Jpeg, bmp, gif, png and tiff
• Prefer originals sent insured by mail
• Originals may be scanned by merchants such as Staples, Kinko's, etc.

Scanning requirements:

• 300 DPI Cropped in RGB mode and in JPEG format
• Uncropped 400-600 DPI
